To make our espresso blend we use a combination of science and art. The coffee needs to have a high solubility, a rounded sweetness, and a pleasant acidity. To accomplish this we use several coffees arranged just like a music band, no bass and it feels hallow, add in too much guitar and it sounds shrill, balance is key. So we select coffees that compliment one another to achieve perfect harmony.
This blend features flavor notes of Orange and Milk Chocolate with a well balanced sweetness for milk based drinks and on its own.
